HOW TO SIZE IT Vanishing Water ™
Sizing Guide Instructions for the following pages:
The Filtrific ® system has been designed to provide expandable underground water storage, which can easily be added at any
time during or after installation. If there is a possibility more storage will be needed, simply leave space where additional
water storage can be added. Use the following charts as a guide to select the system that most closely matches the initial
scope of the project.

Step 1: Choose the Stream Width
Stream Width: The average width of the stream channel before
rocks are added.
Step 2: Choose the Gravel Depth
Gravel Depth: The average depth of rock covering the bottom of
the stream bed.
Note: The deeper the rock covering, the more water will be required to fill the
voids in the rock before water can flow over the top. Build the water feature as
desired, and if more storage is needed it can easily be added.
